Dance Etc.
It may be the rush of performing for an audience or the sense of accomplishment they feel from the applause - regardless of the reason, for many students the aspect of performing is their favorite part of dance. The Dance Etc. programs are recreational programs designed for those students desiring additional performance opportunities. Students join Class Act Dance Troupe for various community performances throughout the year including summer festivals, Christmas festivities, CADT’s annual concert, studio recitals and many others. The performance opportunities provided by Dance Etc. are a great reward for our students who work so diligently throughout the year. The program is divided into three groups. Dance Etc. II is available for students ages 5½ to 8, Dance Etc. for ages 9 to 12 and Dance Etc. Teens for ages 13 and up. Membership is open to all age appropriate students who have completed at least one year of dance training. The positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning with members returning from the previous session.
