Enrollment Application
To enroll in the Annual Session, return the form below, $20 non-refundable registration fee and applicable Payment Authorization Form. Registrations cannot be processed without a completed Payment Authorization Form. Please note, a registration fee is not required for Specialty Classes. When enrolling in Mommy & Me or Swing & Salsa, please submit payment in full with your registration form. Payment Authorization Forms are available via mail, email or at the studio. Please contact the studio to request the form for the method of payment you select.
Classes begin in September. If your enrollment application is received after the session begins, the office staff will contact you regarding class availability.Below are class options for beginning students. If your child has had previous training, we would be happy to discuss placement options with you.
