Conditioning and Acro Basics
Our Conditioning and Acro Basics class will teach dancers how to use stretching and specific exercises to build the muscles necessary to dance successfully without injury. Most dance injuries happen due to a lack of proper stretching or lack of muscle strength. That’s why we suggest all dancers with experience attend our conditioning class!
New this summer – Acro Basics will help dancers build a strong foundation for adding acro elements to their skill set. It is perfect partner for our conditioning class!

Ballet and Beyond
The focus of this class is to help dancers maintain proper muscle strength and dexterity while building strong technique. Our summer Ballet and Beyond classes are designed to develop muscle memory, allowing students to focus on how they are executing steps.
New this summer – We are taking Ballet beyond the classroom! Our exciting Ballet and Beyond classes will not only include barre and center combinations, they will also allow students to discover the magic of ballet variations from some of the most famous ballets and provide expanded training in anatomy, injury prevention, and so much more! There will be a Ballet Gala performance at the end of summer where participants will be recognized and will showcase all they have learned. Pointe and Beyond
Year-round training is necessary for pointe students to maintain the proper strength needed to correctly use pointe shoes. This technique class allows pointe students to maintain their rate of progress as well as build their technical skills. New this summer – We are taking Ballet beyond the classroom! Turn Technique
Turn Technique allows dancers to focus on the elements that create successful chainé turns, pirouettes and so much more. This class is limited to eight students to allow each dancer to receive instruction at their individual level.
