If you or your child have previous dance experience, our summer dance classes are the perfect way to grow as a dancer. These 7-week classes are designed to help dancers with experience increase their flexibility, control, stamina, strength, and technique.

7-Week Summer Classes
Our conditioning class will teach dancers how to use stretching and specific exercises to build the muscles necessary to dance successfully without injury. Most dance injuries happen due to a lack of proper stretching or lack of muscle strength. That’s why we suggest all dancers with experience attend our conditioning class!
The focus of this class is to help dancers maintain proper muscle strength and dexterity while building strong technique. Our summer Ballet Technique classes are designed to develop muscle memory, allowing students to focus on how they are executing steps. Let our staff guide you to the perfect class for your dancer!
Turn Technique allows dancers to focus on the elements that create successful chainé turns, pirouettes and so much more. This class is limited to eight students to allow each dancer to receive instruction at their individual level.
Year-round training is necessary for pointe students to maintain the proper strength needed to correctly use pointe shoes. This technique class allows pointe students to maintain their rate of progress as well as build their technical skills.
