Our Conditioning class is designed to enhance a dancer’s ability by focusing on strengthening, flexibility, and control. From the upper body strength necessary for inversions and freezes to the engagement of the core muscles required for complex movements and turns, this class will help dancers of all ages increase their ability. Using a progressive curriculum, our staff will assess each student’s current level of development and meet them where they are.
