Weekly classes are offered for dancing prior to and through pregnancy, as well as after the birth with your baby secured in a sling or wrap. Join us for a positive, uplifting hour that will help improve your balance, reduce stress and tension, increase your stamina and flexibility and so much more!
Participants will learn dances inspired by Belly Dance, African Dance, Latin, and Caribbean Dances. It’s a feel-good workout that challenges yet relaxes and uplifts you. No dance experience is necessary!
